Database Renumbering

Process of changing the numerical or sequential identifiers (IDs) associated with records in a DEXIS™ Imaging Software (9 or 10) database.

This is typically done when switching Practice Management Software. It is Important to recognize that during the renumbering process, there may be instances where certain patients are not automatically assigned a new patient number.

In such cases, after a patient's record has been established in DEXIS Imaging Software through the Practice Management System (PMS), it will be necessary to merge that record with existing patient data.

A representative will review the data with you, ensuring that you are equipped to handle the merging of patient records effectively.
