Phosphor plate systems and wall-mounted intraoral X-ray systems are not currently covered under any protection plans.
1 Core tier plans may cover up to (10) intraoral sensors, (10) intraoral cameras, or (1) intraoral scanner. All other products and tiers provide coverage for one device/plan. Discounted replacement of devices
on Core tier plans is available for a deductible of $2,995 for intraoral sensors, $1,195 for intraoral cameras, or $3,995 for intraoral scanners.
2 Intraoral scanners may receive (1) replacement due to accidental damage or drops per year. Additional replacements due to known user error will require deductible payment of $3,995.
