Access to DEXIS remote technical support is subject to billing according to our current rates. 

Labor £150 excl. VAT/hour – minimum flat-rate billing of 30 minutes: £75 excl. VAT, then £25 for each additional 10-minute increment).
An offer including one or more packages for technical services and/or labor will be submitted to you by email for approval prior to any remote intervention. 

Our rates apply for all non-SLA customers.
