Management of a Large Anterior Maxillary Cystic Lesion with Zero Apicoectomy and AI-Assisted 3D Follow-Up

Endodontic retreatment and surgical management with vertical bone regeneration documented over 18 months

DX02286_Philippe Sleiman

After a patient unexpectedly lost a maxillary lateral incisor, Dr. Philippe Sleiman identified a large cystic lesion with extensive bone loss. Using a biologically driven treatment approach and AI-assisted CBCT analysis, he documented significant bone regeneration over 18 months.

You’ll see:

  • How CBCT and DTX Studio Clinic enabled precise 3D diagnosis of a complex cystic lesion.
  • A zero-apicoectomy workflow combining endodontic treatment and surgical management.
  • How AI-assisted follow-up visualized bone regeneration and healing over time.
